Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need a replacement, send us an email at sales@hairworksllc.com.

Shipping
To return your product, contact us at sales@hairworksllc.com and we will send you a return shipping label.  We will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your item credit.  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product is defective, in that case shipping costs will be paid by Hair Works LLC.
